About Us
Chesapeake Protective Services utilizes an on line reporting system which affords clients instant access to monitoring of their site security while on mission. The client will have daily re-ports delivered via email and constant access to the management team. This system affords each client the ability to interact with the management and site security personnel in real time during incidents. It also affords the client to effectively pass on pertinent information to the site security as well as the management team simultaneously. Chesapeake Protective Services was foundered in 2016 by Melody & Daniel Tufano Sr. This husband and wife team operated various businesses within Maryland through professional management and the willingness to provide "Hands On" leadership by example.
Over the past 30 years, even operating businesses, the Tufanos have served their fellow citizens of Maryland through faithful service in the field of public and private law/security enforcement, such as Baltimore County Auxiliary Police where Dan achieved the brevet rank of Captain, Baltimore City Special Police where Dan managed police patrol for subsidized housing and achieved the rank of Major, Maryland State Special Police for assisted living where Dan achieved the rank of Detective Sergeant, various private investigations where the Tufanos worked as a team in solving numerous cases, and continuous management of security personnel throughout Maryland.
The Tufanos founded Chesapeake Protective Services to better service their fellow citizens by, "Protecting Maryland's greatest assets; YOU", through the utilization of an administrative managerial team with significant experience in law enforcement/emergency services management. The management team will ensure professional fulfillment of the clients needs by properly recruiting quality staff, exceptional training and "hands on" supervision to accomplish our mission.
